Born into a family of horsemen in Spain, Javier's intuitive understanding of equine psychology sets him apart. He moved to Germany to refine his dressage skills, working for some of the most prestigious sales barns in Europe.
Javier manages the European training center, overseeing the daily development of sales horses. He personally rides and evaluates every horse represented by JJ Global Dressage, providing an unfiltered assessment of rideability and temperament that videos alone cannot convey.
His philosophy prioritizes longevity and soundness, ensuring that horses are not pushed beyond their physical maturity. This ethical approach has resulted in a remarkably low injury rate and high client satisfaction for horses imported under his guidance.

Jessica began her career training under Olympians in Germany, where she developed a deep appreciation for the classical training scale. This foundation allows her to assess young horses not just for their current movement, but for their biomechanical potential to reach Grand Prix.
Returning to the United States, she recognized a disconnect in the market: talented horses were being imported but often mismatched with amateur riders. JJ Global Dressage was born from the desire to add transparency and ethical matchmaking to this process.
Today, she manages the US operations, overseeing client profiling, trial rides in Wellington, and the logistical complexities of quarantine and transport. Her reputation for honesty is her most valued asset.
